Cancellations, Exchanges and Refunds
Events are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. If you plan to register on or after June 20, 2008, it is recommended that you register online or by phone. Space in each event is limited, and we would like to make sure that you are able to enroll, before we accept your payment.
Cancellations will be refunded through Friday, June 27th with a $15 cancellation fee. There will be no refunds after Friday, June 27th, except for the following conditions:
- Severe weather that is dangerous and precludes an event going out.
- The serious illness of a participant. This refund request must be accompanied By a Doctor’s statement.
- The serious illness of a workshop leader, or of a member of their immediate family.
- The stated minimum for the class was not met 15 minutes before the class is scheduled to take place.
Because rain is normal summer weather in Crested Butte, refunds are not given if it is raining. If conditions warrant, a venue may be changed.

Events may be exchanged under the following terms:
- If the event being transferred to is EQUAL or LOWER in cost than the event being transferred from, there will be a $15 per event transfer fee assessed. The difference between class costs will not be refunded, but it may be applied to the cost for other or multiple events.
- If the event being transferred to costs MORE than the event being transferred from, there will be a $15 per event transfer fee assessed, and a balance due on the difference.
